Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using the Brew Forty Two loyalty app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Loyalty programme

• Stamps are awarded at the discretion of Brew Forty Two staff.
• Free coffees and rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged.
• We reserve the right to modify or end the loyalty programme at any time.

3. Account

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Each account is personal and non-transferable. We may suspend accounts found to be misused.

4. Referrals

Referral rewards are granted once the referred customer reaches the qualifying milestone. Fraudulent referrals will result in account suspension.

5. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". Brew Forty Two is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from app unavailability or changes to the loyalty programme.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
